It seems that these withdrawals are the consequence of a subscription to their Amazon Prime service (which allows orders to be delivered free of charge and quickly, and which also allows access to their streaming service, competing with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video ).

Meet on the Amazon site: at the top right, you will be able to connect to your Amazon account if you have not already done so. Then you can click, still at the top left on "Account and lists" (see the screenshot below) then "Your Amazon Prime account". You can then click on "end of membership" and validate your choice! And that's all ! You are now unsubscribed from Amazon Prime!
Refund : If you have been debited 49 euros by Amazon Prime (49 euros annually or 5,99 euros monthly), you can attempt a refund request. How? 'Or' What ? By contacting Amazon Prime customer service: this way !
As a reminder, on the internet, lThe consumer can exercise his right of withdrawal (article L. 221-21 of the Consumer Code):
- he has a right of withdrawal of 14 clear days;
- he must be informed of the conditions and modalities for exercising this right (duration of the withdrawal period, point of departure, refund of the product, payment of return costs, etc.) and have a standard withdrawal form (article L 221-11 of the Consumer Code).
