Subject: Request for reimbursement of sums unduly paid

Madame, Monsieur,
On 28.3, 7.3, 26.2 and 21.2, you debited me the sum of 49th, 4,95th, 49th and 1,95th. For a total amount of 104,90
I don't know who you are or what you are selling. The invoices are numbered 260***, 050***, 240*** and 190***.
However, I am not liable to date for any debt corresponding to this sum to you.
Article 1302 of the Civil Code provides that sums paid in the absence of debt must be reimbursed.

Also, I put you on notice to reimburse me the sum of 104,90 euro
unduly paid, within one month.
