      I have regular direct debits by credit card payment
      I have taken steps to report credit card fraud
      It seems that it is a subscription on a dating site, validated by telephone, it is the answer of my bank
      I never subscribed to this, but cannot prove it, and the bank does not prove that I subscribed either
