Bank charge support@getiod.com: some information

A user contacted us because he noticed a bank debit.

Here is some information offered by the Internet user:

Is it a one-off or regular (monthly for example) withdrawal? : Unique

Does this bank debit follow an online purchase or a registration on a website? : Yes

I must have been scammed today. I paid by credit card on the Kapalinda Global KF site (09 69 39 03 43) €1,95 following an offer that seemed firm from iPhone resulting from an answer to an Orange survey while surfing the Internet To protect myself in the in the future, should I delete this bank card that I mainly use for Internet payments?
I do not have a receipt following the secure payment but a document which mentions possible future purchases, a possible subscription and "for any questions contact customer service support@getiod.com 06 44 64 ** 10."
Thank you in advance for your response.

How to stop / cancel / terminate this bank charge?

Canceling a subscription or stopping direct debits is free and can be done directly online. For this, you can directly contact the company that takes you.
If ever, you wish to be accompanied in these steps (because you are lost, because you do not want to do it alone, because the procedures are done in a foreign language ... In short, whatever your reason!) , you can go through a service provider specializing in online subscription termination: I stop the costs!
I stop the costs! is a French company, completely independent, which assists Internet users in their research and cancellation of unwanted bank debits.

I don't know where it comes from.
