1/4 - Unknown charge BANKSVCFEE: is this a bank card scam fraud?

You entered your bank details as part of an attractive trial offer and ended up subscribed to the service. The company which manages BANKSVCFEE can thus withdraw one or more sums from you each month under the pretext of a subscription.
