What is the origin of the TOTAL-CB direct debit?

Our diagnosis: It would seem that the CB TOTAL-CB withdrawal is linked to an online service site subscription (dating site type for example). How do they work? Can I block my card with my bank to stop TOTAL-CB direct debits?
