Is FUNMANGER bank charge a card fraud scam?

You notice a debit that responds to the name of FUNMANGER: this means that your bank card has been entered on a website and that you are (perhaps, without knowing it) subscribed to a service offered by the site.

What site could this be? Here are a few examples: a trial offer on a site (clairvoyance or meetings, etc.), a contest to win a smartphone at 1 euro (or any other attractive object: a tablet, cinema tickets, etc.), or even a site on which you found yourself following a newsletter announcing a gain (trip, weekend ...) or a super reduction ...

Unless your bank card has disappeared (loss or theft) and a malicious person has used it to register on a website of this type, there is a good chance that you are at the origin of this subscription to FUNMANGER.

In this sense, we cannot consider it to be card fraud in the sense that it is not bank card hacking.

What is the origin of the FUNMANGER card debit?

As explained above, this flow is the consequence of a subscription to an online service.

Our diagnosis: It would seem that the CB FUNMANGER withdrawal is linked to contests such as "Win a smartphone for 1 euro", "You have won a trip", "You have won cinema tickets"... How do they work? You enter your bank details as part of one of these contests (to pay postage, prove your identity or other reason ...) and you find yourself subscribed to some service. The company that manages FUNMANGER can thus charge you one or more sums each month under the pretext of a subscription.

Please note: this direct debit is recurring. Remember to take steps to terminate it so as not to be charged in the next few months.

How to stop FUNMANGER card withdrawals?

There are two solutions to stop withdrawals from FUNMANGER and terminate any subscription taken out against your will:
