TZNIX2: identify and stop these card operations

4 questions / answers to understand
this bank charge

1/4 TZNIX2 on my bank statement: why? Should I fear credit card fraud?

TZNIX2 card operations correspond to a subscription taken out online. TZNIX2 charges you because you have subscribed to a service on a website (contests? Redemption / reduction sites? Dating sites, movies / series, video games ... there are thousands of sites that offer offers on the subscription model).

Did I get got by a TZNIX2 scam? This is a scam IF your bank card has been stolen and purchases have been made with it. If you still have your card, there is a good chance that you are responsible for the subscription related to TZNIX2.

But I never agreed to subscribe to anything and pay every month! We believe you. Here is what could have happened: you entered your card numbers to make a small online purchase (trial offer, shipping costs for a gift, etc.) and you have not read the Site Conditions (GTC ) which indicated that unless you decline it, you are subscribing to their service.

This happens very often, if we are to believe the comments we read on our site, but don't worry, we explain how to cancel the subscription !

2/4 What can be done to stop CB TZNIX2 withdrawals? 2 solutions!

Canceling TZNIX2 direct debits is free. You can carry out the formalities on your own directly online. You will find more information on the details of the procedure directly on their platform.

If you can't do it or don't want to do it alone (because you are lost, because you do not remember the origin of the subscription or for any other reason), it is possible to pass a termination assistance provider. For this we recommend I stop the costs!

This company helps you to identify the origin of the withdrawals and to stop them definitively. They can even help you get a refund when possible (be careful, refunds are unfortunately not systematic, because they are really on a case-by-case basis. On the other hand, when it comes to stopping direct debits / canceling of subscriptions, their services are guaranteed to be 100% effective or reimbursed.

3/4 Blocking your credit card to cancel TZNIX2 direct debits: what does the bank think? What the law says ?

And on the side of Justice? : in March 2018, the Court of Cassation refused a cardholder to blame his bank following an online scam. Why ? The CDC accepted the culpable negligence of a customer who had transmitted his data to a fraudulent site. This court decision explains why your bank could refuse to block your card / consider a refund of the sums withdrawn if you are responsible for the debits noted on. your bank statement.

If you have not lost your card, it is very unlikely that it is a card piracy as explained above: to block the card would therefore amount to not honoring the contract that commits you to the company that charges you (title; TZNIX2). We therefore do not recommend to renew your but to carry out the online procedures to cancel the current subscription..

4/4 Go through I stop the costs! to stop unnecessary spending? The good idea!

Good news, it is possible to go through a company specializing in investigations and procedures to definitively stop a subscription or unknown withdrawals: I stop the costs!

The advantages and disadvantages of this service!

The pros:

  1. Personalized support: searches to find the site at the origin of the debits, termination procedures, etc.
  2. If your situation and problem allow it, I will stop the costs! helps you obtain a refund of all or part of the sums withdrawn (be careful, get reimbursed for an internet scam is not systematic because each case is unique. When a refund is considered, the person who follows your file supports you on the request.
  3. All termination services are guaranteed '100% effective or refunded' and BONUS, the company can intervene in all countries and all languages! Useful when you don't speak English for example 😉

The - :

  1. This is a paid service (24,90 to 49,90 euros depending on the formula selected)

What if I am the victim of fraud? Of course, if someone has actually stolen your card details and used them on a website, it is a card hack. In this case, do not hesitate to file a complaint and especially contact your bank. In some cases, you will be able to open a fraud file to try toget a refund : this point is to be seen directly with your bank or your card issuer (Visa, Mastercard…).
